I believe true healing and transformation comes from within, and that our bodies hold a wealth of wisdom and knowledge that can guide us towards greater self-awareness and personal growth. I provide guidance and resources to help you develop a strong sense of self, set goals, and take action towards your dreams. I also bring in my many years of experience as a counselor when needed to help overcome barriers. 

 

Coaching sessions are provided in person in the greater Los Angeles area. And I offer virtual sessions that are accessible from anywhere in the world. Whether you are located in a different state or country, or simply prefer the connivence of online coaching, I am here to support you.
