About

The Full Story

I am passionate about seeing individuals flourish in their daily lives and find their personal power within. I am a coach and licensed professional counselor with a Masters in Counseling that I received in 2012. Since then, I have dedicated my career to helping people overcome their struggles and lead fulfilling, embodied lives.

Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience working with addiction recovery, trauma and crisis counseling, global humanitarian workers, and individuals working within the anti-human trafficking movement. My work in these areas has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the complex issues that people face and to sit with the deep pain and suffering exists in the world. I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space where my clients can exhale and begin to find safety within themselves and within the world.

One of my areas of specialization has been working with humanitarian workers in crisis or transition. Having lived and worked overseas myself for over a decade I know firsthand the burnout, displacement, and pain you can experience serving others. I have worked closely with individuals who have dedicated their lives to serving others and navigated with them transitions to their home country and/or out of service. I also understand the unique challenges working overseas can lead to emotionally, and believe with the right tools and support some can remain overseas and continue to make a positive impact in the world.

In addition to my professional work, I am also healing from POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), a chronic illness which has given me a unique perspective on the challenges that people with chronic illness face. I believe everyone deserve the opportunity to live a fulfilling life, regardless of their health status. After my diagnosis, I felt a loss of hope, vision, and belief in myself. WIth the support of coaching, I found a new way of living and am dedicated to helping my clients develop the skills and tools they need to manage their health and live a deeply embodied life.

I have had the opportunity to travel to many different countries and work with people from all walks of life. I believe that we all have something to learn from one another and that cultural exchange can be a powerful tool for building understanding and empathy. Travel has the power to broaden our horizons, challenge our assumptions, and inspire us to live our lives with greater purpose and meaning. These diverse experiences have shaped my perspective and approach to coaching and counseling.

I currently live in Los Angeles, California and soak up the sun whenever I can. I love speaking, writing and running courses in a way that works for me and my body. I enjoy travel, local dining, quality time with friends and nature! My favorite aspect of coaching/counseling is to witness the deep growth, love and transformation my clients experience. I am excited to meet you and walk alongside you in this season of your life.
